1. Acceptance of Terms

By using veltrix.systems or purchasing our courses, training, or services, you agree to these terms.

2. Our Services

Veltrix Systems Inc. provides AI training workshops, a self-paced digital course, custom software development, and workflow automation services for small businesses.

3. Digital Course Purchases

• The "AI for Small Business" digital course is sold as a one-time purchase for lifetime access to the course content as it exists at time of purchase.
• Access is granted to the email address used at checkout and is for the purchaser's individual/organizational use, not for resale or redistribution.
• Refund requests may be considered within 14 days of purchase if the course has not been substantially completed — contact us to request one.

4. Workshops and Custom Development

• Workshop bookings are confirmed once a deposit or full payment is received, per the quote provided.
• Custom development projects are governed by the specific scope, timeline, and payment terms agreed to in the individual project quote or contract for that engagement — these terms take precedence over this general page where they conflict.
• Cancellation and rescheduling terms for workshops will be provided at time of booking.

5. Intellectual Property

Course content, training materials, and our own software products remain the intellectual property of Veltrix Systems Inc. Custom software built for a specific client under a paid engagement is governed by the ownership terms in that client's specific contract.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Our training and tools may involve AI-generated content, suggestions, or drafts. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-assisted output before relying on it or sharing it with your own customers.

7. Limitation of Liability

Veltrix Systems Inc. provides its services "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services, courses, or website.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
